The attorneys of Reich, Alexander & Demas have extensive experience in all aspects of criminal practice, from grand jury work to appeals before the United States Supreme Court. We have tried cases ranging from tax evasion to capital murder. Mr. Samuel Reich served as Assistant United States Attorneys in the Western District of Pennsylvania as First Assistant. We have been recognized for our work not only through awards, but by being asked by the bar and the courts to head committees on federal criminal practice and the selection of court-appointed lawyers, and to preside over the Allegheny County Bar Association. While our trial experience is exceptional, our emphasis is on entering cases early and aggressively to dissuade the prosecution from bringing charges at all.
